Gatny, Theodore "Ted". Age 81 of West Branch, MI. Formerly of Lincoln Park, MI. January 1, 2011. Loving husband of Donna. Beloved father of Curtis (Sandy), Missie, Kim, Mindy, Lanie and the late Shellie. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation Wednesday January 5, 2011 from 6-8pm and Thursday 12-8pm at the Taylor Chapel of Voran Funeral Home, 23750 Goddard Rd. (313) 291-1800. Instate Friday 9:30 am with a 10:00 am Mass of Resurrection to follow at St. Constance Catholic Church in Taylor. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Donna, W're so sorry to hear about this. Ted and you meant so much to my mom, Lorraine,...she loved you both so much. We have fond memories of you both. I'm sure your heart is heavy with the loss of your husband. Our hearts are heavy, too. I wish I would've known about the funeral services in time to attend as we would have been there. Know that I'm thinking of you and praying for your comfort in such a sorrowful time.

We are so sorry. I read this in the paper up north. My sister and brothers grow up with your children. Nora Syracuse and Paul Syracuse are still down state.
