Thelma SANSON Obituary

SANSON, Thelma. Passed away peacefully at home on 28 May 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Cherished daughter of Harold and Doreen Cliff. Sister of Joyce and the late Moira. Beloved wife and sweetheart of Sam. Devoted and dearly loved mother and mother-in- law of Mary and Michael, Sandy (deceased), Julia, Glenys and Chris, Ian and Linda, John and Mel, Jo and Kerry. Adored Ma to 20 grand children and 30 great grand children. A service honouring her life will take place at St Matthews Church, Garfield Road, Helensville at 12pm, Thursday 6 June. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice West Auckland in Thelma's name.

Thelma was a much-loved member, competitor and past-Secretary of the Helensville A&P Association. She served as Show Secretary from 1986-1988 and is fondly remembered for her warmth, humour and efficiency. Dearest Aunty, 'other mummy", Army Thelma. Special memories and so grateful for our time together,your love,your hugs,our talks,tears and laughter..I checked the lolly jars and put the coconut ones in the other jar minus a few. Much love from Lynda darling and family. Xxx
