I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Rev Heimuli. I had the privilege of working alongside him for many years at the Ministry of Pacific Island Affairs. Kilifi also was a school mate of my father at Atele in Tonga. It was my first job out of University at MPIA, so Kilifi took me under his wing as a mentor... This man knew everyone worth knowing and everyone else! If you wanted a full meeting or fono, Kilifi was the man! At one time we shared the same office... during this time I was profoundly blessed with his wisdom, insights, stories and great sense of humour! I owe much of my Tongan language speaking ability now to our conversations in Tongan... He was a great wise, God-fearing and generous man... you will always be remembered Kilifi!

Christ meets us where we are . He doesn't stand at the finish line and say, "I'll meet you here." Instead, He comes alongside us and says, "I am with you always.
I am with you on the good days.
I am with you on the bad days.
I am with you when you fail.
I will see you through, and we will cross the finish line of victory together"
To the family, our prayers and thoughts with you during this time of great loss & sorrow. Rev. Tevita Kilifi Heimuli has indeed crossed that finish line to claim his reward. Grant him eternal rest in peace in the arms of our Lord Jesus Christ now and forever. Ofa atu!
