Terry DANN Obituary
March 12, 1936 - July 29, 2017
Terry left this world on his own terms, surrounded by his loved ones. He was a man of great character, a strong work ethic, and razor-sharp wit. A long-time stagehand with Local 56 of IATSE, he had many adventures travelling with shows and countless stories to share over his 35+ years of working at the Forum, the Bell Centre, Place des Arts, and other venues. Since his retirement, he had been able to enjoy his garden, his family, and his football teams: The Fighting Irish and The Packers. Terry is survived by his daughter Patricia, his son-in-law Dave, his grandchildren Connor and Ella, his sister May, his niece Kim, his nephews Gregg (Patty), Mitchell (Jacqui), and Kenneth, and their children. He was predeceased by his wife Frieda, his parents Kathleen and Fred, and his brother-in-law Ken. At his request, there will be no visitation nor service; he'd much prefer that you raise a pint with some good friends. Donations in his memory can be made to the Fondation Hopital Pierre Boucher. Special thanks to Gail in the oncology department, and the many wonderful nurses and staff members at Hopital Pierre Boucher.
