Mr Pasifield, Absolute Legend...
Only just heard of his passing today, deepest Condolences to family.
I was lucky enough to be a student of his, mid/late 80´s, at Christ the King and my 2 oldest boys were also lucky enough to be taught by him too, at Cotswold School, where I got to meet Mr Pasifield once again as a adult.
I didn´t enjoy School, I thought it was slowing me down on making my fortune and he seemed to be the only person who understood this...
I Also wasn´t really into sports but still remember one day ( as he often did ), he came out to the field during lunchtime and bowed every kid out ( Yellow kiwi Cricket ), I was up, chipped the edge of bat and went for 4, obviously I was out next ball...
Definitely one of the Special Teachers ( that you get once in a lifetime ).
Enjoy you Rest Mr Pasifield, You deserve it.

Kia Ora whanau I knew Terry as a fellow staff member when he was teaching at CTK. At the time I was the senior teacher,Terry was DP and Mark Taylor was principal.. I also taught Reagan in Years 7 and 8 .Apologies for not attending Terry´s funeral as I was unwell but I watched online. Terry was a warm and friendly person, was well planned in his teaching and had high standards for his pupils. He talked about his love for his family a lot in those days.
Clinton you spoke so well of your Dad. He would love what you said.
My thoughts are with you all. Warmest regards Julie
