So sad to hear of Teresa's passing. We went back a long way to Waitakere Hospital and then North Shore. An amazing lady dedicated to her work and to her family. Teresa looked after one of my family members who adored her. Sorry I cannot be there on Monday but if Teresa knew the reason I know she would understand. Gone too soon but remember she will always be with you in your heart. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Dear Ralph, James, Patrick and Ciaran, I was devastated to hear of Teresa's passing. We worked together a long time and when I heard she was sick but wanted privacy I respected that, but I just wish she knew how much we all thought about and of her. I know you all know what an incredible force Teresa has always been, but we all saw that too. I have never met anyone who worked harder and always for the greater good. Teresa was the most passionate person, always taking the path that took us to the best outcomes for our patients, and this was very rarely the easy path. Teresa never backed away from a fight, she was known to stand up for what she believed and I admired her greatly for that. I will miss her deeply, as a person and a colleague, and she is one of the few people I have ever worked with that I know no one will ever fill the shoes of. I am so sorry for your loss, she was taken way too young! She was supposed to spend years on the boat fishing with Ralph in retirement and I am so sorry you don't have that. No doubt she will be there in spirit every time you get out on the water!
Please accept my deepest condolences
