Condolences to the family and much appreciation for Terence's work. especially in the field of international diplomacy. We met a few times when I asked his thoughts on various matters of international relations for my work advising Caritas Aotearoa New Zealand and matters of peace and justice. I always admired his wisdom and advocacy for balanced and negotiated solutions.
