Terence LESLIE Obituary

LESLIE, Terence Patrick (Monsignor Terry). On 4 October 2022 at Auckland hospital, aged 95. Loved son of the late John and Lenore Leslie; brother and brother-in- law of Jack and Shirley, Margaret and Jim Dowd, and Doug (all deceased) and Jean; uncle to his many nephews and nieces. Greatly respected priest of the Catholic Diocese of Auckland for 67 years. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Joseph's Church, 10 Dominion Street, Takapuna, on Monday 10 October at 11am, followed by burial at Panmure Cemetery. May he rest in peace.

LESLIE, Terence Patrick (Monsignor Terry). Dearly loved Uncle and Great Uncle of the Dowd and Leslie families. Uncle Terry was a true gentleman and was always a part of our lives. A great sense of humour, easy going and a great sportsman who also had a love of horse racing, boating, fishing, cricket, rugby and of course golf. A life lived well. Grip Fast. Rest in Peace.
