A service for Suzanne is to be held in the Chapel of Norwood Park Crematorium, Sandford Street, Mitchell on Tuesday 30 December 2014, commencing at 12 Noon.


In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Canberra Hospital Foundation (Paediatric Unit).
