WELD, Susan Constance (nee Holmwood). Passed away at Te Puke Country Lodge on 16th August 2022, in her 83rd year. Dearly loved wife of the late Graeme. Loved mother and mother in law of Richard and Caroline, Gerard and Karen, Melanie and Ross Mckenzie, Vanessa and Rodney Gibbs. Nanny to Kelsey, Brandon, Ashley, Leah, Wade, Jared, Hayden (deceased), Zane, and Aaron. Proud Great Nanny of Clay and Macey. A service for Susan will be held at St John the Baptist Anglican Church, 47 Jocelyn Street Te Puke on Tuesday August 23rd at 11.00am followed by a private family burial service.
