HART, Susan Rose. Passed away on 30th October 2024, aged 56 years. Dearly loved daughter of Shirley and the late Bob Hart. Much loved mum to Kathryn. Dearly loved partner of Philip. Loved sister of Glen. Special thanks to the staff of Palms Hospital and Franklin Hospice. In lieu of flowers, donations to Franklin Hospice would be appreciated. A service for Susan will be held at Grahams Pukekohe Chapel, 31 West Street, Pukekohe on Monday 4th November, at 12 noon.
