Condolences to the rice family. The news has only just reached me. Thank u stuart for letting me make ur house my home for the past 9 years. I miss our chats and your visits n pop ins wen u were in the area. Also the cats Thank you for giving them somewhere safe and stable to live too. I'm deeply saddened over the news of ur passing. You were the best landlord I've ever had and a great friend and a amazing guy. Rest in peace my friend. Rest in love
