I remember growing up with Stewart and his response in conversations was helpful from being thoughtful and caring. Such as fiction is one word, non fiction two, so one word means two words, not true. He once cut my hair like a girl mate of his he liked to try to make me look more attractive. He had the most caring eyes around children and once when he looked at me when I was sick. Although he thought deeply of matters with serious concern, being a boy, he told me of horror movies where the hand will get you if your arm or leg flops out of bed and laughed when I chucked him a popsicle since it hit him on the head. At intermediate, and later in life, girls who knew Stewart who met up with me, such as Maryanne commented on knowing him and what a lovely person he is. Later in life he talked about appreciating and loving his mother who to him was someone up there, of class. He was gentle, dignified, had a conscience and reflected on the spot in action or of the past. He listened a lot to his father. From being tricked into eating a jellymeat dog food sandwich or tipped out of a canoe to advising me I am smoking too much is pretty much Stew becoming concerned. From Leigh sharing thoughts.
