Dear Pauline,
We were so shocked to hear of Steve's passing. Our condolences to you Pauline and family. He will be so missed by everyone, that new and loved him.
No one knows, what to say at a time like this.
They say, it gets easier, but, when you haven't been in this situation before, easier never seems to come, the pain off losing someone that you love, never seems to heal.
At the beginning everything seems to be a blur, but, there will come a time when the memories become clearer. And the saying, that time does heal, will be clearer.

He was a tireless worker, had the good of the company at heart and was unique in his style and flair. He was meticulous in his approach and would never take no for an answer.
