Stephen PARDY Obituary

PARDY, Stephen Bruce. Passed away unexpectedly at home on 15th January, 2023. Beloved Dad of Jade and Marcus, loved Poppa of Autumn and Willow. Much loved by all his extended family. A celebration of Stephen's life will be held in The Whitianga Town Hall, 24 Monk Street, Whitianga on Thursday 26th January at 12.30pm, followed by burial at Mercury Bay Cemetery, Ferry Landing. As a neighbour in Mill Creek Road (before we left town for Taranaki) and a good old-style carpenter, Steve was a great help when we built our home, and became a very good friend. Always giving a cheerful. Sadly missed.

Steven came to our house in Croydon Rd when I was 23 and bought me the Beatles album rubber soul
As Bretheren we were not permitted to listen to such music
Mum told me I had to hide it snd only play it when I was alone
I have always remembered how you thought of me and my love of music
