DUGGAN, Stephen. Stephen Duggan, Stevo or Polar to his buddies. Unexpectedly April 26. A gentle giant, honest, loyal, caring, dry sense of humour, dedicated follower of fashion, loved messing around in boats & fishing. A superb dancer when the venue was right, loved a "cleansing ale" or 3. So much more.. Will miss our 10pm phone calls. Pam, Coby and Michael, deepest condolences, I feel your pain. BR
