Stephen CHURCH Obituary

CHURCH, Stephen Mark (Mark). At Waikato Hospital on 4th January, 2022; 14 days short of his 60 birthday. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Laura, and loving father of Aimee and Julie. 'At Peace'. A celebration of Mark's life will be held at The Grahamstown Chapel, 102 Kirkwood Street, Thames on Friday 7th January at 2pm, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to MND New Zealand in memory of Mark, would be appreciated, with donation details on their website. All funeral attendees must provide their Vaccine Passes, and for those who would like to view the service via livestream please email: [email protected], for the link.

Sending love and hugs to Laura Aimee and Julie, Andy, Esther, Daniel, Ryan Kelvin and Nikki, Trevor and Sharon. My heart is aching for your loss. Fond memories of a genuine, cheeky, hard working guy with a passion for cars. Childhood memories of family boating adventures at Kawau Island and, as a young adult, partying with Phil and the boys in the Bays or at family gatherings. More recently the many Black Swamp Rod Runs and Beachhop catchups. Gonna miss your wonderful smile and banter Mark, taken too soon RIP .... on behalf of the Chalmers family.
