BLACKWELL, Stephen Rex Andrew (Steve). Passed away suddenly aged 48 years. Much loved son of the late Joy and Rex, treasured brother of Gavin and David, adored brother-in-law, uncle of Jayden, Corban, Dylan, Brianna and Bennett.
