Stephen BALMER Obituary

BALMER, Stephen John. Died suddenly on Friday 4 December 2015, aged 46. Loving and much loved son of John and Gladys. Loved brother of Paul, his wife Solange and special uncle of their children Joshua and Emma. Loving, caring and much loved husband of Karen and her family. RIP Stephen, you will be so greatly missed by so many. A memorial service has been held.

The passing of Stephen is a Big Shock to the Executive and Staff of Gilrose Finance. Stephen was always patient and willing to help us on all aspects of the AML/CFT. He will be missed.
