ARGAR, Stephen Frederick Bailey (Steve). Passed away peacefully on August 15th 2018, aged 89 years. Beloved husband of Kathleen. Much loved father and father-in-law of David and Delwyn, Paul and Marcus. Loved granddad of Bex and Krista. Forever in our hearts. A funeral service for Steve will be held at St Andrews Church, 1 Hunt Street, Whangarei, at 12noon on Monday 20th August 2018.
