BARNES, Stanley Alfred (Bill). 30/8/31 - 29/9/23. Allan, Ian and Liz are sad to announce the death of our amazing Dad who passed away suddenly at home. Grandad of Reuben, Bradley and Jordan, Great-Grandad of Elsie. Only child of the late Cecilia, only husband of the late Marian. Bill was sharp as a tack right to the end. A celebration of Dad's life will take place on Saturday, 7th October 2023, at 10:30am, at the Ngunguru Sports Club, Kopipi Crescent, Ngunguru.

A great friend from our Badminton days. Such a good player who represented Auckland for many years. A member of the College Rifles Badminton club who always participated in the many social events that we held in the early days of the Club. We have enjoyed visiting him and Marian at their Ngunguru home when we were on holiday at Staffa Bay. You will be missed Bill !!!!! Jill Bignell
