WALLACE, Spencer Wilson. On December 27 2025 (suddenly) at Taupo Hospital. Aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Lorna, and cherished and loved Dad of Suzanne (deceased), Terri, and Bart. Loved by all his grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchild. A dear friend to many. As per Spencer's wishes, he has been privately cremated. Taupo Funeral Services Ltd

My sincere condolences to Lorna and family. Spencer was a well liked and dedicated ambulance officer. While not directly working with Spencer, we would often share time when he brought patients to Rotorua or at social events such as the fishing contest at taupo station.
Rest in peace Spencer, you have answered your last call.
