Sophia CORNELL Obituary

CORNELL, Sophia Sybil. Passed away peacefully on 31st January 2026 (aged 103). Beloved wife of the late Joseph, much loved mother of Michael and the late Linda. Respected mother-in-law of Vivien Cornell and David Stern. Adored grandmother of Justin, Danielle (and David), Sarah (and Daniel), Paul (and the late Maite), David (and Avi) and Rachel (and Tony). Much loved Gigi of Gabrielle, Claudia, Joshua, Aaron, Lily, Amelie, Eleanor, Arielle and Mataya. Thanks to the staff of Shalom Court for their wonderful care of Sybil. The Levaya (Funeral) will be held on Monday 2nd February 2026, 2:30pm at Beit Olam, Waikumete Cemetery, 4128 Great North Road, Glen Eden.
