VILISONI, Sofina Tapuhemahina (nee Magaoa). And God in His mercy, granted peace at last. Passed away peacefully on 12 September 2012, aged 70 years. Loving daughter of the late Magaoa Rangatule and Foumana Magaoa. Most loved wife of Pastor John Aperila Vilisoni , honoured mother, mother-in- law of Litoheone Fineata, Glenda Fuasimoli and John Heather, Honda Puivaotama Aperila; loved and respected friend of Christine in Wellington, treasured grandmother of Lui, June, Sentene, Maligi, Sophina and Noah; very special great grandmother of Jaliyah and Gabrielle,. Dearest sister and sister-in-law of Hana, Terry and Ofo, Susana, Manalini and Niu, Kilihega and Steven, Timothy and Faso, Olenesisi and Ukusifa family, Judy Aperila family. Much loved and missed already by all her extended families in NZ, Australia, Cook Islands, Japan and Niue. A family service will be held on Sunday 16th September at the Papatoetoe Funeral Cottage, 34 Kolmar Rd, Papatoetoe at 6pm. The burial service will be held on Monday 17th September 11am at the Takanini Church of Christ, 160 Great South Rd, Takanini followed by Fina's interment at Gatland Rd Cemetery, Papakura.
