McDOWELL, Sissel Merethe (nee Ullness). Passed away suddenly 12th September 2016 at her home. Dearly loved wife of Noel for 50 years. Loved mother of Michael, Jeffrey, and Antoinette, and Oma to her grandchildren. Loved sister of Ann. ?'One so loved will never die.?' A private service has been held.
