I watched Livestream of Sir Tim's Funeral service.
A wonderful service and I applaud your speech especially the final 'shots' you fired directed at the 2019 Council. Well done.
You can Rest in Peace now Sir Tim.

My sincerest condolences to Tim's family. Tim and I met when we were both members of the Progressive Youth Movement protesting against the war in Vietnam. Our Auckland to Wellington protest march. Enjoying a few beers together.
May your journey be on calm seas and a following breeze. Rest in peace Tim.

Please accept my condolences on the death of Sir Tim.
A genuinely supportive and actively involved leader in the city community. He always had time to listen and offer sage advice. Education was an important dimension of his leadership and I am indebted to his dedication of this aspect in his community.
