I knew you from the day you were born. I watched you live your life, and learn what life sought to teach you. Perhaps preparation for this your final journey. You overcame adversity, you tasted success, but most importantly you valued love, and that is a gift we don't all enjoy. You will be missed by many, and thought of often, and each of us who knew you will carry you with us for the rest of our lives.
Reunited with big brother Paul (1/7/1955 - 28/8/1999). May you rest in peace together.

Rest in Peace Simon Phillip Rutherford, inventor of the GrassCutter Disc Golf Shot, Lover of Cats, Bike Rider, Contract Roofer, LeatherWorker, LongBow Archer, Author, Recovering Man. Simon passed away at 1-30am, Sunday 6th January 2013 NZ time. After a short illness. Many prayers and salutations will be offered, but he would be most pleased by the acknowledgement "He died sober". My heartfelt greetings go out to all his friends in recovery, all around This World. He touched 100's of people in the past years. Go well Spiritual Warrior, the strength you showed in your last days is an example to me and many others used to seeing strength. Haere ra e hoa, haere haere haere.
