Thank you to everyone who has left messages here. There are no words to convey how we are feeling or how much it means to see the lovely things people have taken the time to write about my brother Simon.

I went to school with Simon in Guernsey then later worked with him at Lynx. We were a tight knit bunch at Lynx and Simon was always part of the fun. Always smiling, always cheeky, always considerate to others and always friendly and that's how I will remember him, smiling.
I am so sorry for his family, I am so sorry for Simon. Our thoughts are with you.

Simon was a stunning guy, father and brother in law. He would anything for anyone. This a true tragedy and he should not have died this way. Everyone one who I have spoken to says we have a new angel to pray to and a new light in the night sky to look up to. Simon you were a star in so many peoples eyes we will miss you always.

I am deeply shocked and very sad to read this news this morning.
I worked with Simon many years ago, he's one of the first people I remember clicking with instantly very easy to get on with.
He was a fun guy at work and out of work.
Extremely sad news, my thoughts are with his family & friends.

I met Simon at Lynx FS in Guernsey, several years ago, where we were colleagues. We had a good team of people back then and several of us keep in touch, Simon was one of them. I moved to Australia, Simon moved to New Zealand. Simon & Sarah stayed with us in Perth for a few days while here on holiday.
I'm still finding it hard to believe that Simon is no longer with us. I remember him as a gentle, thoughtful person with a wicked sense of humour and I will miss our annual Christmas e-mails. My thoughts are with Sarah & Joe, family and friends.

I was shocked to hear about Simons passing. I first met him about 12 years ago, when I went to work for his mother in Guernsey. He was also a good friend to my landlord, Roger.
A humoristic person, full of life, that is how I remember Simon.
My thoughts are with his family and friends.
