Silvia BUTLER Obituary
BUTLER, Silvia Veronika (nee Kummle). Born 11 July 1947 in the Black forest of Germany. Died at home in Auckland on 22 January 2026 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Bruce for 53 years and mother to Olivia. Lover by sister Regina, brother Ralf and all her family in Germany. A working life spent as a much respected theatre nurse, Silvia was a kind hearted, organised person who loved her pets and bees and excelled in her interest of gardening, drawing painting, dancing and music. A private cremation has been held. A memorial service for Silvia will be held at the West Lynn Garden, New Lynn on 28 January at 11 am. Communications via - [email protected]
