MUNRO, Sidney Neil. RNZAF Flight Lieutenant 422426 WWII, 155 Fighter Squadron (Burma). Passed away peacefully on Sunday 29 July, 2012 at Pohlen Hospital, Matamata with his family at his side. In his 90th year. Dearly loved Husband of Diana for 19 years and previously of Gillian (Gill) (deceased). Loved father and father-in- law of Penny and Alan (Hamilton) and Tim and Roslyn (Ros) (Auckland). Cherished grandfather of Maria, Richard, Nicholas, Daniel, Matthew and Oliver. Doting great-grandfather of Sophia Rose. In accordance with Sid's wishes a private service has been held.
