I am very saddened to hear of Mrs Wilding´s passing. I have fond memories of her as my camp leader as a youth. Even though my peers and I were mischievous, she was always kind, gracious, respectful and completely devoted to us girls. She saw the innocence and fun in us being exuberant pre-teens and helped channel the energy in positive ways, such as creating plays. On one such occasion we were discouraged by another Leader who told us our play "was a fiasco", but Shona recognised we´d really tried hard and said we´d done an excellent job. Those simple yet impactful words were so encouraging, and I still remember some of her lessons/acronyms to this day. I´m very saddened for Bruce, he was married to a woman with a heart of gold.

I feel huge loss with your passing ... you will always hold a special place in my heart ... thank you for all your care . Love you always Aunty Shona x
