DOWNS, Shirley Betty (nee Clarke). Born 10th April 1936. Passed away unexpectedly on 12th July 2024. Loved sister (Nook) to Jean and Maureen. Adored wife of the late Harold Thomas (Tom) Downs. Incredible Mum of David and Claire, Maree, Chris and Rebeca, John and Simmy, and Fiona. Cool Grandma to Nathan, Sebastian, Felix and Jarvis, Rowena and Karina, and Alick. Also Grandma to Zilla, Malcolm x 2 and Luna. Loving Shirl to the late Clare, Rodney, Geoff and families. Mum, you will never doubt how much we are missing you. Please join us to celebrate Shirley's life at St Anne's Catholic Church, Russell Road, Manurewa on Friday 19th July at 10am, followed by morning tea, and burial in the Papakura South Cemetery, Gatland Road, Drury.
