Shirley COWLEY Obituary

COWLEY, Shirley Laurisson (nee Smith). On 23rd May 2021 peacefully at Kiri Te Kanawa, aged 89 years. Much loved wife of Ivan. Dearly loved mother and mother in law of Gillian (Jill) and Richard Owen, John (Te Puke), Barry and Francis, Raewyn Theobold, and Vanessa and Brian Goossens (Canada). Cherished nana of Chanelle, Wade and Tanya, Kurt and Anna, Judah and Esther, Abby and Luke, Zebrina, Joshua and Sarah, Christopher and Emma, Daniel, and loving great nana to her 10 great grandchildren. Treasured older sister and sister in law of Merle and Robert Gilchrist, and Dawne and the late Herbert Abraham. "Now at peace, gone to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ" Special thanks to the loving care shown by the Hospice Team and hospital staff at Ryman Healthcare.
