Shirley BARDSLEY Obituary

BARDSLEY, Shirley Joy (nee Crocombe). Died peacefully at home on 6th April 2017. Aged 86 years. Much loved wife and companion of Jim for 61 years. Loved mother of Janet and Norris, Pam and Gary, Sue and Ivan, Margaret and Jason. Loved grandma of 14 and their wives and husbands, and great grandma of 11. The funeral service will be held at Te Uku Surfside Church, 3414 SH 23, Te Uku, at 10.30 a.m. Tuesday 11 April 2017. All communications to the Bardsley Family, c/- PO Box 4449. Hamilton 3247.

So sorry to have missed Shirley's funeral. She was a remarkable resilient lady with a ready smile. It was an honour to have known her, and I will miss our chats.
