Sheila PARKS Obituary

PARKS, Sheila. 24 July 1929 - 09 July 2024. It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Sheila, a long term resident and supporter of the Howick community. Widely known for her love of gardening, theatre, and tennis. Loved mother of Jeremy, Nigel and Philip, and the entire Parks clan. A celebration of her life will be held on Monday 15th July at 2pm at the Howick Bowling Club, 33 Selwyn Road, Cockle Bay. State of Grace 0800764722

Sheila was one of a kind. A big heart with a no nonsense approach. She first got me involved in IHC as a young parent and shared her knowledge, experience and support to help move the local committee forward stronger. She was generous with her time, wisdom and humour. Rest peacefully special lady and thankyou.
