JAKUBCIK, Sharron Margaret (nee Hopkins). Passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2025, aged 69. Loving wife of Thomas for 47 years. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Amanda, Rebecca and Adam, Daniel and Caitlin, Emily and Patrick. Nanny to Madeleine, Julia, and Hugo. Thankyou darling for the wonderful years, you will be missed by many, eternally loved forever, gone but never forgotten. A service to celebrate Sharron's life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, Richmond, Christchurch, on Thursday, August 7, at 1:00pm.

In the distant past Sharron and I travelled overseas. We flatted in London and tripped around Europe, enjoying Disneyland on our way home. We were two naive girls but we had a lot of fun. I was grateful for Sharron's friendship although our lives took different directions afterwards.
I know Sharron was a loved wife and mother and I'm sorry for your loss.
