BARNETT, Shane Anthony. BARNETT, Shane Anthony. Born 01st August 1965. Sadly passed away suddenly Kings Birthday weekend. Much loved father to Stephanie, husband to Emma, son to Faith, Hilton & Linda, brother & friend to Tania, Vanessa, Farran, Donna, Angie, Stephan, Logan and Alex. Shane will be farewelled Saturday 17th June, 10am. At Romaleigh Chapel, 31 Ocean View Road, Northcote. In lieu of flowers Shane's family asks you to make a donation to the NZ Coastguard in his name.

Thinking of you with my deepest sympathy & love to Hilton, Linda (Bibby), Faith, Tania, Vanessa, Stephanie, Emma, Donna, Angela, Stephen, Logan & Alex. From Shane's youth I always saw him with a cheerful disposition & a smiling face. I know words cannot erase the grief but may fond recollections of him bring you some relief & that you find comfort & peace knowing the joy that he bought. Time & space can never keep him from your side when memory paints in colours the happy hours that belong to you. Distant in the physical but always close in spirit.
