Scott MURRAY Obituary

Elaine Hamish & Georgie. Sorry to hear of your loss. I had been in email contact with Scott last year to hear of his proposed shift north. Not to be. Meg and Scott were very good to my mother visiting her often when she was in Northbridge. No doubt Hamish and Georgie you were dragged along too so thanks for the pleasure you gave to her from those visits. Mum was a cousin of Gordon on the Murray side and we often spent time at the Kohi residence. My father and Gordon often went to Eden Park to watch Cricket or Rugby and often I tagged along and sometimes Scott.
On Tuesday I played golf and when I put my hand into my golf bag to pull out a ball marker I saw it was from the Marlborough Golf Club which Scott gave me some years ago when I played with him there when my wife and stayed with him at his Blenheim home.
