Jon, Clare and Jimmy... Sam was just such a lovely man - a real credit to both of his parents. Played Table Tennis and Golf with him - a real english gentleman - and enjoyed a few meals. Watched his fiancees big bird flying around the big log house. The grief of his loss must be immense and hard to imagine.

Dear John, Clare and Jimmy (and Leigh), my deepest condolences for the loss of Sam. I have very fond memories of Sam as we sailed across the Pacific next to you guys 20 years ago. He used to beat me in chess and I wasn´t letting him win. He was an amazing boy that I am certain turned into an outstanding man. I can´t begin to imagine your grief and wanted you to know the joy that Sam brought to all of our lives as we knew him all those years ago. He is someone I will never forget. A complete bright spark. Our love and thoughts are with you all. Such a wonderful soul. We only new Sam as a youngster, and our memories will always be of a caring fun loving boy running around with our girls.
