S. Wrightson Obituary

WRIGHTSON, S. Philip. MBE, FRACS. Passed away on Tuesday 8 February 2011 at Auckland City Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Prue, father of Matthew and Amala, father-in-law of Helen and Richard, grandfather of Julia, Kate and Nat, great- grandfather of Miro and Luther. Brother of the late Stephen. A service celebrating Philip will be held at 10.30am on Tuesday 15 February at the All Saints Chapel, Purewa Cemetery, Meadowbank followed by refreshments. Thanks to the staff at Elizabeth Knox Home, and Ward 68, Auckland City Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Neurological Foundation or the Brain Injury Association (Auckland branch). I love thee with the breath, Smiles, tears, of all my life! - and, if God choose, I shall but love thee better after death.
