WINTERS, Roy Thomas. On Tuesday 9th March 2021 at Golden Pond Private Hospital, aged 85. Found peace at last. Much loved husband of Mary for 61 years. Father to Jocelyn, Barry and Pamela and father in law of Graeme and Trevor. Grandad of Ethan, Wade, Zoe, and Chaye. Great Grandad of Omaiah, Rhylee Roy and Kylo. Friend to many. We will miss you, until we meet again. Love ya. A celebration of Roy's life will be held in the chapel of Willetts Funeral Services, 21 King Street, Whakatane, on Friday, 12 March 2021 at 11am, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to EBOP Hospice, P O Box 275, Whakatane, and may be left at the service.
