PATTERSON, Rowena Isabel (nee Duxbury). Of Dannevirke. Died 14th June 2014 at Eileen Mary Retirement Village. Aged 98 years. Wife of the late Andrew, mother of Margaret and Hugh, Grandma to Alice, David, Chloe, Leo, Zoe and Fiona, Great Grandma to Bodhi and Poppy, youngest sister of the late Nancy, Jean and Raymond, loved daughter of the late Margaret and William from Pigeon Bay, Banks Peninsula and friend to many. In her own words: 'Don't be sad, be glad'. Donations to the Cancer Support Group, P.O. Box 296, Dannevirke would be appreciated and these may be left at the gathering. As requested by Rowena a private Funeral will be held.
