Rowan GARRETT Obituary

GARRETT, Rowan Gray Edward (Q.S.M). At Waikato Hospital on 26th August 2025; in his 90th year. Loved husband of Viv for 66 years. Much loved Dad of Paul and Susan, Rod (deceased) and Philippa, Greg and Margaret, Karl, Brenda, Bronwyn and Warwick, Joanne and Robin, and loved grandfather of all his grandchildren and great- grandchildren. A celebration of Rowan's life will be held in The Grahamstown Chapel, 102 Kirkwood Street, Thames on Saturday 30th August at 11am, followed by burial in the Pukerimu Cemetery, Paeroa at 2pm.

Oh the legacy you have left Dad, thank you for all that you did for us as a family. The accolades are coming as they should, Kerepeehi Community, Kerepehi Brass Band then there are those from your Dairy factory days the Car Factory, the Salvation Army, and so many more places where you left your a lasting impact that will never be forgotten. Rest in love Dad.
