Hey Rowan
I've just been thinking about all the fun times we had doing athletics together and hanging out at each others houses. It's crazy that it's been nearly ten years since those times but I remember them so vividly. The most vivid thing I remember is your smile and laugh, I can still hear it perfectly in my head even though we haven't seen each other in years. You were such a good friend and I'll forever cherish those times we spent together, love you bro.

If we ever wanted to find "the boys" at athletics just look for Rowan's white hair and you knew where they were! You were such a huge personality and a real character. A fierce competitor with a heart of gold. So much fun to be around. Our hearts are breaking for Stan, Megan, Jordy and Caiden. Big hugs to you all. Fly high Row and rest in peace.
