WIGGINS, Ross Ellis (Wiggy). Born March 11, 1936. Passed away on March 18, 2023. Dearly Loved Husband to Yvonne (63 Years). Much loved Dad and Father in Law to Brett and Tracey Wiggins, Don (deceased) and Sherrie Campbell and Mark and Lisa Gibson. Best Grandpop to Ava and Daniel Wiggins, Shenaye and Kodie Campbell, Harrison and Hadley Gibson. Great Grandpop to Marli Wiggins. An interesting life well lived, Rugby Photographer Extraordinaire!! The family wish to thank the wonderful nurses at Freeling Holt Resthome Torbay for their care. A private cremation has taken place and the celebration of Ross's life will be held at the family's Murrays Bay residence on Thursday 23 March 2023 at 11am.

Ross was a creative photographer and loved covering sports - especially rugby - you could always guarantee Ross would produce a winning shot - he had a great fun personality - I was his boss (the illustrations editor of the Herald), back in the 1960s and early 1970s... with many memories of his lovely young bride Yvonne. I am now in my nineties but will always remember 'Wiggy" -
