Rest in peace Ross fond memories of Cooks Beach when we were kids Cheryl Ensom-Brown xx

My sincere condolences. It has been many many years since Ross and I last met. However the days of riding bikes with banana seats and ape hangers, plastic skateboards with big wheels, playing war around Tiraumera Drive, family holidays to Orua bay and Kaiaua , Mr Procters class at Anchorage Park School, playing rugby at Edgewater College and so many more memories seem like they were yesterday and are never forgotten. The fun I had doing these things and many more with Ross were the things memories are made of.
Even though I did not know Ross in his adult years he was always a genuine and cool friend who worked hard and looked after his friends.

HOLTOM, Ross Barrie. My Poppa, I wish you were here to take me for another ride on the bike and give another big kiss goodnight. I know you loved me very much and I adored you. I know the daily photos that mum sent you, of me, was the highlight of your day. Our family will keep your memory alive for me. Love you always and forever “my poppa” Cooper Ross Woods.
