Well it is with an incredibly heavy heart that I learn of your passing Ross. Your memory will always occupy a place in my heart as you were an amazing friend, an incredible boss and a top tier human being with an enormous heart of solid gold You shall be remembered with love and missed beyond measure! Although you are always in my thoughts Carol, you fill them more so than ever as I send so much love and heartfelt condolences for the loss of your love A rose that grows beyond the wall, a gentleman and a scholar.

His kind voice and love of life as he described his daily life was always a lovely conversation to listen to. A really lovely man to have known.
