Rosemary BLACKBOURN Obituary

BLACKBOURN, Rosemary Ruth (Rosie) (nee Marshall, formerly Hart). Born June 10, 1940. Passed away on August 18, 2022. Aged 82 years. Rosie passed peacefully with her 4 children at her side. Beloved wife of Noel, sister to Alison and the late Judy, loved Mum to Nick, Roger, Lizzie and Benny. Cherished mother-in-law to Robbie, Beth, Del and Don. An inspiration and much loved grandmother to Zoe, Maristelle, Toby, Jackson, Maddy, Rosie, Luka, Ollie, Eddie and Noah. Also adored by her 4-legged grandchild Archie. An incredible, strong, stoic woman right till to the end. She will be forever remembered and her legacy carried on by her children and grandchildren. Rosie will be cremated at Purewa in a private family service on Saturday 20th August. A memorial and celebration of her life will be held at McHughs of Cheltenham on Tuesday 23rd of August 2022, 11-2pm. In lieu of flowers please donate to The Alpine Sports Club www.alpinesports.org.nz
