My darling Uncle Ron. The memories I will treasure are the sparkle in your eyes as you looked down on your little niece, the rough strength in those hands as they held mine in warmth, the way you looked with love at my Mum, your big sister Patricia. And never to be forgotten, the love you bore for my Aunty Selina and my cousins Deryk and Talei. Sleep easy, my darling Uncle, until I feel those strong hands on mine again.

Loved and respected uncle of Annette. Many memories of a great character. Warm hearted and generous with his humour and knowledge.
Those we love dont go away, they walk beside us every day.

So sad to hear of your passing Uncle Ron. I have fond childhood memories of happy times in Okura.
