Ronald WILCOCK Obituary

WILCOCK, Ronald Richard (Ron). On Monday 28th May 2012, peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family, at Orewa (formerly of Hamilton). Aged 75 years. Dearly loved husband for 53 years of Theresa. Loved father and father in law of Richard and Lee-Ann, David and Vivien, Lynette and Phil Cook, Douglas and Gaye, Colin and Angela. Loved Poppa of Stevie, Monique, Natalie, Joanne, Chelsea, Rachael, Heather, Marcus, James, Alan, Melanie, Sandra, Jane and Peter. A service for Ron will be held at Silverdale And Districts RSA Clubrooms, 43a Vipond Road, Whangaparaoa on Monday 4th June at 10.00 am followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Hibiscus Hospice Charatable Trust would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Special thanks to the Hibiscus Hospice, Rodney Health Trust and staff of Ward 5, North Shore Hospital for their wonderful care. All communications to PO Box 305, Whangaparaoa, Auckland.

You will be sadly missed poppa. Our memories of you will never fade or dim they will stay lit up in our minds. You touched our hearts with your kindness and humor. Every time I listen to ABBA I always think of you and how you would get up and boogie when ever ABBA music was playing!
You were an amazing poppa and you taught me a lot! Without you I don't think I would be the person I am today.

WILCOCK, Ronald Richard. 28 November 1936 - 28 May 2012. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. At peace with your brothers at last. "As a well-spent day brings a happy sleep, so life well-used brings a happy end." You will always be in our thoughts and in our hearts. David, Vivien, Natalie, Heather and James.
